My new Nikon D3000 arrived!
I think it's safe to say I love it!
I will be experimenting over the next few weeks/months and learning how to take photos that don't look terrible!
Hopefully I can capture some nice shots and upload them and then achieve global fame as an amazing photographer, but I really don't want to predict too much! =p
Please feel free to criticise my photos and tell me what to do to them, as I really need to learn!

Ordered a brand new Nikon D3000 with 18-55m lens.
Really excited about getting it, have wanted a good camera for 2 years.
Going to France ski-ing on the 1st of January.
This will be a nice place to test the camera and hopefully I'll get a few good shots.
Turning 18 on the 4th January in France, I really can't wait for that :D

I'm currently buying a new camera.
I really love photography, but have never really got around to doing much of it.
I'm going to buy a new camera, but I'm a bit unsure what to get.
I want one that will take amazing photos, but is quite compact. Therefore I don't mind going for a compact digital camera, as the quality from them will do me fine.
I want a fast one, with good photos!
Anyone got any suggestions?
